Shipping rules
We offer free standard shipping by USPS PM. It takes 2-4 business day for delivery.
We ships out from San Gabriel, CA 91776, US. Our shipping schedule is before 5:00 pm PST on Monday to Friday.
Money Refund Policy
We will refund you the full value of any unopened/unused pills or vials should our GS prove ineffective in treating FIP in your cat. Once the vials arrives back at our shipping centre, and we have inspected that the vials are in useable condition, we will complete a refund via your original form of payment within 48 hours. You are only responsible for the costs of shipping to us.
The eligible return period
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
